We are looking for a skilled Kronos Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on
experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Kronos (UKG) Workforce Management
solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid business process
understanding, and experience working in remote consulting environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support remote implementation, configuration, and enhancement of
Kronos/UKG WFM modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, etc.).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Kronos solutions.
Configure and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces and
integrations with HRIS, payroll, and other systems.
Provide remote troubleshooting, performance tuning, and day-to-day system support.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure optimal Kronos
utilization.
Deliver remote training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and data security
standards.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Kronos/UKG WFM solutions., Strong knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Dimensions., Experience with WIM, integrations, and custom interfaces., Understanding of workforce management functions such as time tracking, leave management, and scheduling., Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment., Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.,
